Oakland Entrepreneur Retreat | Day 1 | Beyond the Lonely Founder: Somatic Practices for Connection and Sustainable Leadership

This interactive somatics workshop invites entrepreneurs to explore body-based practices for moving through isolation, deepening connection, and building greater capacity to navigate uncertainty and change. Participants will leave with practical tools to strengthen their relationship with themselves and others.

When you’re feeling stuck or at a crossroads, sometimes thinking your way through it only gets you so far. Guided by Vanessa Solis of Empowered Mind Therapy, small business owners, artists, and justice-impacted entrepreneurs will experience Brainspotting as a way to work through stress and emotional or creative blocks while connecting with themselves and community.
