We’re a BIWOC, feminist-led membership-based social enterprise on a mission to increase Black, Indigenous, Women of Color entrepreneurs’ intergenerational sustainability via community, healing, spirit, and shared prosperity.

We are a small, but mighty team looking to bring on new kindred team members excited to rebirth Just BE into the next phase of organizational development.

Folks who are Black, Indigenous, people of color, queer, trans, non-binary, disabled, parents, immigrants, and/or impacted by systemic oppression and/or gender-based violence are encouraged to apply.

All our openings focus on recruiting part-time contractors and consultants at this time due to our small, but growing operating budget. We look forward to meeting you and building together.
